Sebring Band Booster Association
Dear Band Parent,
We are looking for a few good volunteers. We need adults to ride to events, help at fund raisers, and just be there for our kids. This is one of the most important things we can do...support our chldren. An investment in them will alway bring a great return for their future and ours alike. The next boosters meeting is Moday February 11 at 7pm in the High School Band room (or close) .
FLASH CHAT - is a chat page with music for our band members and family. It has password acces wich is changed as needed. This password is available to all band students and their families. You must however ask Mrs. P in person as we do not post or email this information.
Fees are as follows and include transportation, uniform rental and cleaning, instrument purchase and maintenance, FBA music performance assessment fees, band T-shirt & hat (student keeps), and a garment bag:
Marchers using school instruments $245 (ex. Tuba, Bassoon, all percussionists, etc…)
Marchers owning instruments $185
Color guard and Flag $185
Students may make four (4) payments with the 1st due July 27, then August 29, September 28 and October 29. All dues must be paid in full by November 16th. Make checks out to “Sebring Band Boosters’ Association.” Again, there will be several fundraising events before the final fee deadline, allowing students to help offset the fees by their participation!
Fees do not include shoes and gloves, which may be purchased later at camp. Shoes are approximately $22, and gloves are approximately $2.
The Booster do hold monthly meetings on the second week of each month durring school. For more detail please check the calendar, it is a resource for both students and parents.
