IMPORTANT!!! All delinquent accounts are due now. Returning students need to pay to participate in Marching Band 2010/11. The first performance is Sept. 3rd. Please take care of this matter asap. NEEDED!!! If you could donate any of the following items it would help our band run better. We have 100 students now!!! Cases of Water!!! Fruit for football game performances and competition days, (apples, oranges and bananas are best). Copy paper (Walmart has reams for $2.50 each). Disposable ice packs-needed for hot Florida weather! Outdoor canopy-needed for hot Florida weather! Money for new uniform jackets. The current ones we use now are almost 30 years old. Each jacket costs $250.00 each.Latest or Greatest (sometimes both)

Director's Corner
Welcome new 9th graders!
As we wind down for the year academically, the band is buzzing getting ready for marching season. We are looking at a good sized ensemble with many new faces. Guard and percussion auditions both had great turn outs, and we just can't wait to get started!
Music is available with your band director (SHS, SMS, HGMS), so please pick it up before you leave for summer and keep band camp on your calendars. A wind clinic will be offered during the summer so check back here often as well as we will be calling you with the details.
Our show "One" has created a excitement among the vets of the Spirit of Sebring, and I know the new recruits will love it too. You can go to www.box-six.com and listen to the recordings.
